The XPScene utility is a very useful application for everyone wanting to make their favorite video play in the desktop background as much as they want to as it will take a video and transform it in an html file with an embedded player and will be able to be setup as desktop background in the same way as a normal wallpaper. After creating it the user can enable the desktop background by going to Display Properties > Desktop > Background > Browse.
